MISSION OF THE ROLE

This is a position with a sales role and the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing all relationships within a particular product line.

BASIC FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing new and existing leads and turning them into successful contracts.
Identifying customer needs and local market demands.
Generating new leads by attending online and offline events (webinars, business breakfasts, conferences, exhibitions, etc.).
Successfully deliver information to customers and partners in a variety of formats, such as calls, emails, webinars.
Being proactive and keeping in touch with potential customers effectively when holding face-to-face meetings.
Attending frequent business trips and regular online and offline meetings with potential and existing customers.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Good knowledge of English language (C1), Turkish language (native).
Bachelor or Master's degree. Sustainability knowledge would be an asset.
Working experience in the B2B area as a sales manager or business development manager at least 2 years.
Influential and impactful communicator with strong empathy to understand what drives and motivates potential customers and partners.
Ability to build strong corporate partnerships to maintain existing business and develop new opportunities.
Being proactive and open-minded in terms of communication and relationship building.
Well-organized, trustworthy with excellent communication skills.
Understanding of relevant market trends and opportunities.
Excellent and proven presentation and consultative skills.
Negotiator, who can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships.
