Ekim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde tohum toplar\u0131 \u00e7imlenme ortamlar\u0131na konulur ve bir vejetasyon d\u00f6nemi boyunca incelenir. \u0130ncelemeler ve de\u011ferlendirmeler tamamland\u0131ktan sonra tohumlar\u0131n \u00e7imlenme y\u00fczdeleri tespit edilir ve referans y\u00fczdeler ile ekim sahalar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki olas\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131 hedefleri belirlenir.
