How SuCo Turned Reusable Bottles Into New Forests

SuCo, a reusable-bottle lifestyle brand built around a single idea — replace single-use plastic with something you keep — wanted its impact to reach beyond the individual habit it was already changing. By tying each bottle to a seed deployed by ecoDrone, SuCo turned everyday reuse into measurable ecosystem restoration.

The Challenge

SuCo had already given customers a way to cut plastic from their daily routine. The harder question was how to give that choice a second life in nature — a real, verifiable outcome customers could see rather than a vague sustainability claim. The brand needed a way to connect every reusable bottle to a genuine act of reforestation, at scale and without friction.

The Solution

ecording integrated the ecoDrone Marked model into SuCo's product line. Every bottle was linked to seed balls deployed by autonomous drones across degraded, hard-to-reach terrain. Through a QR code on the product, customers could follow the journey of their contribution — from planting location to germination updates — turning one reusable bottle into a transparent restoration story.

The seed balls were hand-produced by women in rural communities, then dispersed by ecoDrone with precision targeting. Every operation was mapped and monitored with Nature Intelligence, ensuring each bottle translated into measurable growth on the ground.

The Transformation

The partnership deployed more than 450,000 seed balls, restoring roughly 2,800 m² of land and sequestering an estimated 19 tonnes of CO₂. Beyond the numbers, the project gave SuCo a living proof point — a way to show customers that choosing reuse over single-use plastic creates real forests, not just headlines.
